Returned just a bit ago and room still as I left it this a.m. This morning when I left for the day, I asked to have my room cleaned. She said she'd send someone from maintenance up. But the reason for my low rating - after checking in last night, I went to the front desk to let them know my air conditioner wasn't working. Super long, weird, winding hallway to get to the room though. But once to my room, it is actually fairly nice - pretty large, seems updated (except for the bathroom). First - driving up to the hotel, it looks very dated and I was bit disappointed. I'm at this hotel now, but not at all impressed with their customer service. This place isn't so special that it would win my vote over other hotels in the area, so it all comes down to customer. There are many places we can spend our money. She was sitting there doing absolutely nothing - why would I need to come back later?!! The list was right there in front of her!!! These days - more than ever - customer service is critical.
She said to come back later to put my name on the list. at about 6:45 - I also asked the girl if I needed to schedule a shuttle to the airport tomorrow.
